WHAT'S
UP ?

We
were very excited to go in Japan ! After our last trip in Taïwan
at Spring Scream Festival in April, we understood that Japan was really
different from the other asian countries. Special people, and an island
with a lot of history: honour, bravery, and
also tragedies with the atomic bombs of these fucking americans.
:-)
After a single show at the Wall in Taiwan, where we saw again our friends
Loïc,
Steph, Jimi, and all our fans that we met at Spring Scream, we went
to Tokyo,
Japan. We spend our first night in a large building, like in a movie...
We took advantage of our free time to eat some typical food (sorry to
break your
balls with the food, but that's it : americans love money, we love...
food).
We are then greeted by our friend Yoko Yamada, from the French Export
Office, and
by Cyril, from the French Ambassy, who actualy doesn't make anything
except saying bullshits all the time. He is payed for that, and for
going on tour with french bands
just to say that great France is all around, thanks to our taxes. But
he's cool, he
really desserves to be payed for doing nothing, because he's doing nothing
very well. Cyril hold now our fan's website in Japan, at least it is
useful, for once! At the opposite, Yoko thought she'll be supposed to
work a lot, as she's used to when she
goes on tour with french bands. Lot of them are some mentally retarded
guys, with
15 press attaches and technicians for two artists. We're just three
and we're doing everything ourselves, so we hope that Yoko had a great
time at Fuji Rock: for the
first time she doesn't have anything to deal with! Anyway, we thank
you a lot, Yoko (and not you, Cyril).
Yoko !
Yoko, Cyril & the giants condoms
Our very first show at Fuji Rock was at Red Marquee.
It was some kind of festival
"pre-release", 4 bands on stage for 8500 crazy people. That
was cool, and we
checked that the japanese sense of organization wasn't a legend.
Another thing which is not a legend is the rain at Fuji Rock. We have
been told that
it's always raining at the festival, and it's true! But the audience
doesn't really care,
as you can see...
